Personal data processing principles


The following privacy policy applies to all personal data collected by the controller in performance of a contractual relationship, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent, through the website or other sources, and describes how the controller uses and protects personal data.

Legislation
The Controller processes personal data provided by the User by telephone, in person, in writing or electronically in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

Scope of the data processed by the controller
Name, surname, company, address, telephone number, e-mail, VAT number and other related communications, information and documents provided by the user to the controller in the course of providing the services.

Retention period of personal data
Personal data is processed and stored by the controller for the period of time necessary to ensure all rights and obligations of the user and for the period of time for which the controller is obliged to keep the data according to generally binding legal regulations in the field of personal data protection.

Transfer of personal data to third parties
The controller only transfers the user's personal data to third parties if this is required by another legal regulation; it is necessary to provide a product or service or on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest. The transfer of personal data always takes place on the basis of a legal regulation or on the basis of a contract with a third party that provides sufficient guarantees for the protection of personal data.

User rights
Right of access to personal data - the user has the right to obtain information from the controller as to whether the controller processes his/her personal data and, if so, which data is involved and how it is processed. The user also has the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning him or her rectified by the controller without undue delay at his or her request. The user has the right to complete incomplete personal data at any time.

Right to erasure of personal data - the user has the right to request the controller to erase or destroy his/her personal data that the controller processes about the user, provided that certain conditions are met and the user so requests.

Right to restriction of processing of personal data - the user has the right to have the controller restrict the processing of the user's personal data in certain cases. The user has the right to object at any time to processing that is based on the legitimate interests of the controller, a third party or is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.

Right to data portability - the user has the possibility to obtain the personal data he has provided to the controller in a common and machine-readable format. He may subsequently transmit this data to another controller or, if technically feasible, request that the controllers transmit it between themselves.

Right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data - the user has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time, in whole or in part. Consent may be withdrawn by written notice sent to the controller's address or email address. The controller may process personal data only to the extent necessary for the legal reasons for processing, i.e. in particular for the performance of its legal obligations or for the purpose of protecting rights and legal claims.

If the user has any doubts about the processing of his/her personal data by the controller, he/she may lodge a complaint directly with the controller or contact the Data Protection Authority or the court.

What are cookies?
