Customer Service Officer

You will provide optimal customer care. You will take orders, process orders, create quotes, issue order
confirmations, and handle price calculations. 

You will communicate with foreign partners - suppliers. You will regularly use knowledge of foreign languages.

What will be your main job role?

• communicating, maintaining and deepening customer relationships
• coordinating commercial activities with sales representatives
• creating price calculations
• administrative processing of quotations
• receiving and processing orders
•  close cooperation with technical sales support

What are the requirements for this position?

• high school/university degree in business, economics or technical field
• very good knowledge of English; written and spoken/ German or other languages preferably
• experience in sales in a customer service position an advantage
• be communicative, independent, reliable, proactive, flexible
• PC skills, working with company information system an advantage
• have a commercial spirit, be a team player
